For all those who paint peonies or cherry blossom. I've had a query from a potential purchaser. The email is reproduced below minus the name. I think it's genuine as in the normal characteristics of scam emails are missing i.e. good command of English; no mention of money; I've googled the name and it doesn't come up on any scam list and LinkedIn identifies some reputable people with the name! I am looking for some help to identify some botanical art for sale. At the moment the potential purchaser - of a painting of a peony or cherry blossom - just wants to be pointed in the direction of artists who may have work for sale. So this is an experiment. I don't yet know his budget or where he lives but should know shortly. If you have a completed painting of a peony or cherry blossom (either/or) please can you contact me with the following:
Once the image has been received I will then forward any suitable images and associated details to the gentleman in question and he can then take it forward with the artist of the chosen painting. You can contact me via the Feedback Form on the Contact Page of my website Please note this is not an open-ended request for images and I'll come back and close this request down at some point.
