One of the exhibitions this year which commemorates the 300th anniversary of the death of the great Maria Sibylla Merian. This exhibition traces the history of flower painting and drawing. On show are c.150 works on paper and vellum dating from 16th to the late 18th century from the collections of the and the Städel Museum in Frankfurt and the Kupferstichkabinett of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin and the Technische Universität Berlin
