The Friends host botanic art classes every day over an eight-week term in Domain House adjacent to the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne. All students must be current members of the Friends to participate in classes and you must have completed a Beginner’s course before you are able to enrol in a class.

The Friends also hold regular specialist workshops during the art class term break times

Botanical Art Classes 2021 (8 week terms) 

4 x 8 week terms​

​Beginners' Botanical Art Workshops - The cost of each course includes equipment to be used during the workshop - drawing materials, paint, watercolour paper and brushes. Cost: Friends: $425. Non-members: $493
