  2. OR Name of Organisation holding the exhibition (eg a Botanical Art Society)
  3. Title of Exhibition + URL for a webpage which provides more details
  4. Venue (with URL if applicable e.g. a gallery)
  5. Location (address)
  6. Dates / opening hours /  access information)
  7. Your name and contact email address. (If this is different from the artist). I'll also require confirmation from the artist that they want information to be included as news on this sit
  8. Exhibition Information e.g. What's special/unique about it? Which artwork will hung in the show?
  9. Call for Entries document - if you want to promote an open botanical art exhibition
  10. Exhibition JPEG Image about the exhibition e.g. exhibition flyer - I will contact you via the email address you list on the form if your item is accepted as a news item.
