The Graduate Show 2017 for the RGBE Diploma in Botanical Illustration opens today in Edinburgh. This post provides details of how to see it and images from the exhibition. The Graduate Show 2017 features work by students completing the Diploma the Botanical Illustration (see slideshow below) The work is wide ranging and this year includes graduates from the Edinburgh based course and the distance learning diploma. Work was received from as far afield as the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, and Georgian Bay, Canada with subject matter as diverse as the Humble Hedgerow and exotic Arisaema to living fossil prehistoric plants. Graduate Show - RBGE Diploma in Botanical Illustration (2016/17) Venue: Fletcher Building, Botanic Garden Edinburgh (accessed by the ramp to the right of the Cacti House.) Dates: 9 - 17th September 2017 Hours: Open daily from 11am - 4pm. (I''ll be adding more pics for the other students in when I've received them.)
