The 20th Annual International exhibition of contemporary botanical art, organised by the American Society of Botanical Artists in liaison with the Horticultural Society of New York, features artists from the US, Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Slovenia, and the UK Venue: New York Design Center, 200 Lexington Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10016 Dates / Hours: November 09 – December 21, 2017; Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm 46 artworks are in the exhibition - selected from submissions from around the world. Below is a list of the names of the artists in the show - organised by country they live in and listing where they live. Most of the artists are naturally from the USA, but there are also artists from: Australia, France, Germany, Russia and the UK. 'Prelude to Spring: Botanical Art in Vermont' opens tomorrow in Brandon, Vermont. Venue: Compass Music and Arts Foundation, Park Village, 333 Jones Drive (PVT), Brandon, VT 05733
Dates: February 17 - April 1, 2017 Reception: Friday, February 17 from 4-7 This is an exhibition of botanical artwork by three of Vermont's finest botanical artists who produce artwork in response to careful observation of plants and flowers. All three are members of the American Society of Botanical Artists (ASBA) and its New England chapter (NESBA).
The Scottish Botanical Art Collective
Botanical artists in Scotland have formed The Scottish Botanical Art Collective (SBAC) in order to respond to the call for countries to participate in the worldwide exhibition of botanical art being organised by ASBA.

Call for Entries
This is a call for artists to register interest in participating in a juried exhibition of artworks of native Scottish plants. This will form Scotland's contribution to a worldwide exhibition of contemporary botanical art in 2018.

"The 19th Annual International Botanical Art Exhibition run by the American Society of Botanical Artists with the Horticultural Society of New York ("The Hort") opened in New York at the beginning of last month at the 1stdibs gallery in the New York Design Centre.
This is the last week of the exhibition - it closes on Friday 23rd December 2016.
